Let's get your place lit this year
Fill out the form or just call — a real person answers, and we can usually tell you over the phone whether your project is a simple roofline or something that needs a lift.
Every quote includes an on-site visit, exact measurements and a photo mock-up, with a fixed price in writing before anything is ordered.

What happens after you hit send
Someone calls or texts you back, usually the same day during season and within a day otherwise. That first conversation is short. We want to know where the property is, roughly how tall it is, whether you are thinking roofline only or roofline plus trees and entry, and whether there is a date you are trying to hit.
From there we set a site visit. That takes about thirty to forty-five minutes and you do not have to be home for all of it, though it helps if you are there for the first ten minutes so we can hear what you actually want the place to look like.
You get a photo of your house with the display drawn on it, a written scope, and a fixed price. Nothing is ordered and nothing is scheduled until you say yes to that number.
- Same-day or next-day callback
- On-site visit with real measurements, not a satellite estimate
- Photo mock-up of your property with the display drawn on it
- Fixed written price, no change orders on install day
- No deposit until you approve the design
Details that help us quote faster
If you already know a few things, put them in the notes box and we can usually get much closer over the phone. Number of stories, whether the roof is shingle or metal, whether there is a gravel or steep driveway, and whether you have outdoor outlets near the front of the house are the big four.
Photos help enormously. A shot from the road showing the whole front of the house, plus one from the driveway, tells us more than a paragraph of description ever will. If you are a cabin or rental owner and you are not local, that is frequently how we do the whole first pass.
Also worth mentioning: any date you are working toward. A holiday party, a photo shoot, a rental turnover, the week the family comes in. We build the schedule around those where we can, but only if we know about them early.
Calling is genuinely faster
The form works and it goes straight to us, but if you are on the fence about something, the phone is the shortcut. Most questions people fill out a form to ask can be answered in ninety seconds. Whether we can get to your address, roughly where your house lands in the price range, whether a lift is going to be needed, whether we have any dates left before Thanksgiving.
Text is fine too, and for a lot of our cabin and property-management customers it is the main channel. Send a photo and an address and we will tell you what we are looking at.
Hours are mon–sat, 8am–7pm. call or text anytime. If it is off-hours, leave a message or text and it gets picked up in the morning.
Where we go
Sevier County is our whole focus: Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Kodak, Seymour, Pittman Center, Wears Valley, Boyds Creek, New Center and the Douglas Lake side of the county. We also work Dandridge and Newport just over the line.
There is no trip charge anywhere in that area, and service response does not change based on how far out you are. A repair call up Wears Valley Road gets handled the same week as one two minutes from the shop.
If you are outside that list, call anyway. Depending on the size of the job and where the crews already are, we can sometimes make it work.
Timing, plainly
Booking opens in July. Installs run from late September through mid-December, and takedown runs through January. The residential dates people want most, the ones that put lights up before Thanksgiving, are typically committed by mid-October.
The reason is the tourism calendar. Commercial properties and cabins have to be lit for Winterfest, which pulls a big share of October onto those jobs and squeezes the residential window tighter than it would be in a town without a season.
If it is already November and you are reading this, still call. Cancellations happen, and December installs are absolutely a thing we do.
