Almost never too late, but your options narrow to whatever dates are left, and a stretch of rain or an early freeze leaves little slack to move them. We still get people lit before Christmas most years — cancellations happen, so it is worth the call.

Yes, if you book early enough. High-demand dates like the weekend before Thanksgiving are the first to go once October arrives, so name the date you want when you call rather than assuming it will still be open in the fall.

We reschedule, usually within a few days, and prioritize by how tight your remaining window is. Wet roofs and ice are the two things we will not work on, and no display is worth putting a crew on a slick pitch.

That is a large share of what we do. We schedule around guest turnover, set and test the timers so nobody has to find a switch, and handle any in-season service without you or a guest on site. We will also send photos of the finished install for your winter listing.
